BREAKFAST
10g (2 heaped teaspoons) LadyBird FIBRE CLEANSE sprinkled on cereal or taken with 250ml water
½ - ¾ Cup Wholegrain Oats/Cereal (low sugar/low fat, ie Special K)
made with water or skim milk
30g (1 ½ SCOOPS) LadyBird PROTEIN CRUNCH (mixed with oats/cereal)
OR  
30g (1 SCOOP) FIGURE TONE, RICE PROTEIN OR FIGURE MENO-
SOY protein

TIP: FIGURE TONE, RICE PROTEIN and FIGURE MENO-SOY can be mixed with oats (after cooking) or cereal or made into a shake with 200ml water and/or skim milk

MORNING TEA
50g (1 ½ SCOOPS)    LadyBird FIGURE SHAPE made with 300ml water and/or
skim milk

150g (1 medium piece) Fruit

120g – 150g      Tuna/Grilled Skinless Chicken/Grilled Lean Meat/Grilled Fish
40g – 60g Rice, Pasta, Bread
1 – 2 Cups Fresh salad or cooked vegetables
Low Fat dressing (if desired)  
 

TIP:  Be creative and combine ingredients to make sandwiches, stir fries, pasta salads,
wraps, etc  For extra flavour add herbs & spices.

TIP:  Rice or pasta is specified as dry (uncooked) weight.  Always weigh food before
cooking for accurate measurement of quantities.

OR

AFTERNOON TEA

MENO-SOY protein made with 200ml low fat milk
OR  
1 LadyBird CRUNCH BAR
OR  
40g – 50g     Low Fat Cottage Cheese
3-4 Thin Rice Cakes
 
TIP:  PROTEIN CRUNCH makes a delicious snack when stirred through yoghurt.
        Either eat immediately or leave to soften in yoghurt.
DINNER

140g – 180g Grilled Lean Meat/Skinless Chicken Breast/Fish
2 –3 Cups Steamed vegetables (not potato or pumpkin) or salad 
Low fat/oil free dressing (if desired)
 
TIP:  Combine ingredients with seasonings and low fat dressings, marinades or sauces to
add variety to your diet.  Try to have at least 4 different vegetables per day.
